Auto adjusting jib for beginners- add jib controls for Pro races

This will ease people in better and make for a nice step up for Pro sailors to unlock

We now have "auto sails" that can be disabled in settings. By default they are assisting with sails.

We may disable that in "pro" races, not sure yet. "Auto sails" are really slow, so they are unlikely to be a major factor in Pro sailing ( you will need to adjust the sails yourself if you want to be quick )
